Cookie Policy

This policy explains how permanentcreation.es (the “website”) uses cookies and similar technologies. It also explains how you can accept or reject them, and change or withdraw your choice at any time. The website is owned by PS CLUSTER MEDIA AND EVENTS, S.L., trading as Permanent State of Creation (“PSC”, “we”, “us”). Please read it together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember information about your visit. Similar technologies do the same job, such as local storage and session storage in the browser, tracking pixels, or techniques that read information from your device. In this policy, “cookies” means all of them.

Cookies can be classified in three ways:

Under Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), we may store or read information on your device without your consent only when it is strictly necessary to provide the service you have asked for. Everything else needs your prior consent.

2. The cookies on this website, in short

The full list, with each cookie’s provider, purpose and duration, is in section 4.

3. How we ask for your consent

We use our own consent manager, WSC Consent.

4. Cookies we use

The table below is generated by our consent manager from its register of the cookies on this website. It shows each cookie’s name, provider, purpose, duration and type, and is updated whenever we add or remove a cookie. Above the table you will find your current settings and the buttons to change or withdraw them.

About durations. The durations shown are the maximum each provider sets. Browsers may apply shorter limits. For example, Chrome caps cookies at about 13 months (400 days), and Safari may delete cookies created by scripts after 7 days. You can delete cookies earlier at any time (section 8).

5. Google Consent Mode

We use Google Consent Mode v2 in basic mode. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are only loaded if you accept Analytics cookies. Before you make a choice, and if you reject them, your browser makes no request to Google and Google receives no data from your visit: no cookieless signals are sent, and no identifiers are added to the links between our pages. When you accept, Consent Mode tells Google that analytics storage is allowed, while every advertising-related signal stays denied. If you withdraw your consent, Google Analytics stops at once. Section 3.6 of the Privacy Policy has more detail.

6. Other technologies and third-party content

No third-party files are loaded before you accept Analytics cookies. The fonts and the animation library used by the website are served from our own server, and the WordPress emoji script, which could download images from WordPress.org, is switched off.

Network error reports. Our hosting provider’s network, run by Cloudflare, asks your browser to report problems when loading the website, using a standard browser feature called Network Error Logging. Your browser keeps that instruction for up to 7 days and sends the reports directly to Cloudflare: reports of failed requests, and of about 1% of successful ones, with technical data such as the address requested, the type of error and the time taken. Cloudflare receives your IP address with them. These reports set no cookies and are used only to monitor the reliability of the network.

The links to our Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube profiles are plain links. They load nothing from those platforms until you click them. Once you are on a platform, its own cookie policy applies.

7. International transfers through cookies

If you accept Analytics cookies, Google Analytics may involve transfers of data to Google LLC in the United States. Cloudflare, Inc., which manages the __cf_bm security cookie and receives the network error reports, processes connection data across its global network, which includes the United States. The safeguards (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses) are explained in section 5 of the Privacy Policy.

8. Managing cookies in your browser

Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies, for all websites or for particular ones. Official instructions:

If you block or delete all cookies, the website may forget your cookie choice and show the banner again. Browser settings apply to every website. Our banner is the simplest way to manage cookies on this one.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy whenever we change the cookies we use or the law requires it. The date at the top shows the current version. Each choice you make is recorded with the version of this policy in force, which is shown at the end of the table in section 4. If a change needs new consent, we raise that version and the banner appears again.
